We define a micro wedding as an intimate celebration of 16 - 45 guests. For micro weddings, we offer three standard packages Full-Service Planning, Partial Planning, and Month+ of Coordination. A La Carte Services

Are you feeling stressed by wedding details? Let Bloom take them off your plate! This fully customizable package allows you to hand off all of the tasks that are stressing you out, so you can focus on the ones you actually enjoy!

Wedding Day Services

Tablescape Florals: Bud Vase Assembly & Styling

We prepare, assemble, and style your floral bud vases, including pick-up and delivery within 15 miles (complimentary when booked with our planning or coordination services).

Starting at $350, plus the cost of florals and rentals. Pricing varies based on wedding size and number and style of florals or bud vases. Floral or rental sourcing, as well as extended mileage are available as add-ons.

Special package pricing is available when using rentals from our inventory.

On-Site Set Up: Standalone Service

We provide on-site set-up of your décor items for the ceremony, reception, or both, including a planning session to map out your décor plan. This standalone service focuses solely on set-up (no event management or breakdown).

Starting at $350 for two hours of on-site support by one team member within 15 miles (typically suitable for an elopement). Additional hours or team members are $100 each, and extended mileage is available at an additional cost. Final pricing is based on the size and complexity of your celebration.

Special package pricing is available when using rentals from our inventory.

On-Site Set-Up: Add-On to Planning or Coordination Package

Add extra on-site set up support to your existing planning or coordination package. We provide the additional staffing needed to ensure your decor is set up perfectly, without you or your loved ones lifting a finger.

$50-$150/hour depending the size and complexity of your wedding.

Special package pricing is available when using rentals from our inventory.

Rentals: Decor & Event Styling

Need decor to complete your event? We are excited to be launching our own Rental & Design Studio in Spring 2026. We will be featuring one of a kind vintage pieces as well as decor items popular in DIY designs. We look forward to offering reasonably priced rentals for a wedding day that is beautiful and perfectly you.

    We love working with creative couples, whether its a nontraditional ceremony, a unique timeline, or an experience that looks nothing like a “typical” wedding. Our goal is to help bring your ideas to life in a way that’s meaningful, personal, and completely yours.

  • Absolutely! We know that wedding plans can evolve, so we keep things flexible and make it easy to add services or upgrade your package anytime.

    Our Take This Off My Plate à la carte services were created for exactly that reason - to take those extra to-dos off your list so planning stays fun (and a lot less stressful).

    You can also upgrade your package whenever you need. For example, if you start with Day of Coordination but later want extra support finalizing details (and a little breathing room before the big day), you can easily move up to Month+ of Coordination. Or if, several months out, you decide you’d rather have us handle all the logistics, you can upgrade to Wedding Coordination.

    You deserve a planning experience that’s fun, relaxed, and totally magical and we’re here to make that happen.

  • The first 100 miles of travel are included at no extra charge, which covers most venues in the Portland metro area.

    Beyond that, travel is billed at $1.50 per mile.

    For venues located more than two hours from Portland, we consider those“Out of Town” weddings, and travel fees are handled a bit differently. We’ll provide a custom quote based on location and logistics

    It’s important to us that travel costs are fair and straightforward, with no nickel-and-diming or surprise fees. We’ll always be transparent about travel expenses and discuss everything during your consultation.

  • Yes! We love to travel and explore new places!

    We’re happy to coordinate weddings throughout Oregon, Washington, and beyond. Travel fees vary depending on distance, accommodations, and event logistics, and we’ll provide a custom quote after your consultation.
