For us, weddings aren’t just events, these are memories you will cherish for a lifetime. It is your families coming together, your friends reconnecting, and every moment you share as a couple, from the first look to the last dance. 

We’re passionate about helping you celebrate your love beautifully and authentically. We take care of the details so you can relax, be fully present, and soak in every moment of your wedding day.

We offer a range of planning and coordination packages, as well as customizable options, because we recognize that every couples’ needs are unique. No matter which package you choose, our goal is the same: to make sure your wedding day feels effortless, joyful, and completely you.

Do you want to have a professional partnering with you every step of the way? This package is built exclusively for you and includes full event design and creative direction as well as complete logistics coordination. You share your dreams for wedding day, and we turn those into a reality!

    • Venue Selection + Site Visits

      • Facilitate venue selection process - identify suitable venues and provide professional recommendations of venue’s suitability

      • Includes up to 5 site visits

    • Vendor Management

      • Vendor Selection - provide recommendations and assist in evaluating prospective vendors

      • Contracting - review vendor proposals and contracts

      • Coordinate and facilitate vendor meetings

      • Primary point of contact - manage vendor communication

    • Timeline Creation

    • Floor Plan Design

    • Decor + Rental Management

    • Creation & Management of Planning Documents

Partial Planning

Did you start out loving wedding planning, but now feel overwhelmed by the details? Our Partial Planning package is designed to provide you with the support you need to tackle the rest of wedding planning and bring the joy back!

We see Partial Planning as a true collaborative partnership. We step in to provide design support, vendor management, timeline creation and on-site coordination. We work side by side with you to create a wedding day that is beautiful, seamless, and uniquely you.

Do you want to plan most of your wedding yourself, but hand it off to a professional during the last stretch? Our comprehensive Wedding Coordination service starts 10 weeks before wedding day. Let us handle finalizing all of the details and executing all your plans on wedding day.

Not having a traditional, full-day weekend wedding? We offer bespoke, smaller packages for select circumstances, including weekday dates, reception-only celebrations, all-inclusive venues, or events requiring a lighter staffing footprint.

Micro Weddings

Planning an intimate wedding with your favorite people by your side? We’d love to partner with you, from planning and design to coordination and logistics, we’ll help you to create a celebration that feels completely you.

We define a micro wedding as an intimate celebration of under 40 guests. We offer our three standard packages, Full Service Planning, Partial Planning, and Wedding Coordination, at a 20% reduced rate for micro weddings.

Not having a traditional, full-day weekend wedding? We offer bespoke, smaller packages for select circumstances, including weekday dates, reception-only celebrations, all-inclusive venues, or events requiring a lighter staffing footprint.

FAQs

  • Yes, definitely! We believe your wedding should reflect you, first and foremost!

    We love working with creative couples, whether its a nontraditional ceremony, a unique timeline, or an experience that looks nothing like a “typical” wedding. Our goal is to help bring your ideas to life in a way that’s meaningful, personal, and completely yours.

  • All of our standard packages include 1 Assistant Coordinator, in addition to the Lead, to help ensure your wedding runs smoothly. We are always happy to bring additional staff if that is something you are interested in!

    Our philosophy on staffing is that a well run event is a well staffed event. We are open to that staff being other vendors, your friends or family, or our team.

    Our general policy is that if you’d like our team to handle tasks that are normally done by other vendors, like AV, bussing, florals, etc. then we will need to add a dedicated team member for the task.

  • Our planning packages are custom built and have all of the travel included.

    Our Wedding Coordination package includes 150 miles complimentary. Additional mileage is billed at $1/mile.

  • Yes, we love to travel and explore new places!

    We’re happy to coordinate weddings throughout Oregon, Washington, and beyond. Travel fees vary depending on distance, accommodations, and event logistics, and we’ll provide a custom quote after your consultation.
