About Bloom
Hi, I’m Samantha - planner, problem solver, and your biggest event day cheerleader! I’m the owner and lead planner of Bloom Events Portland, and I’d love to partner with you to create a celebration that feels unmistakably you.
I started my career in events over a decade ago, planning nonprofit fundraisers and corporate conferences. Eventually, I discovered the magic of weddings and knew I’d found the missing piece to my events portfolio. Now with Bloom Events Portland, I get to bring all of that experience together under one roof - nonprofit and corporate events, parties, and weddings - and I couldn’t be happier!
I value working collaboratively, whether that’s brainstorming with you on the perfect guest experience or working side-by-side with your vendor team to make sure everyone is supported and set up for success. I take pride in fostering a kind and inclusive energy throughout the planning process and on event day.
When I’m not planning events, you can find me spending time with my husband and two young children. We love exploring all the PNW has to offer - from farms to waterfalls to neighborhood parks, there’s always a new adventure to be had! I also appreciate a good cup of coffee and collecting far too many vintage treasures “for work… probably.”
